I'm meditating about 3 times a day now (ten minutes at a time)! I'm using different methods as well... something different for each one of them.
I want to tell you before I forget, because you are going to love this channel on YouTube. It's called Meditation Vacation and it is awesome for Guided Meditations. I'm going to use that during the day when I'm working for a little breather. If anything can relax me, this will be it. Go and check it out if you are in need of a little guidance.
I also noticed yesterday that I'm willing to not be quite so fearful as I was just a week ago. I ventured further into the forest today... all by myself. There is a path that everyone in the family knows about so if I didn't come back lol... everyone would know where to start looking.
Did you notice that I said that I'm not quite so fearful?? I'm not as brave as darling daughter or hubby, but I'm seeing slight improvements. That's good enough for me.
Now we shall see how the rest of the week goes... it's going to be a bit more stressful.
