5 Minutes of Coloring Can Have the Same Benefits As An Hour of Meditating

 I honestly don't know if I agree with this one or not. I have tried the whole coloring thing and I hated it. It wasn't the least bit relaxing.  I actually tried this before the "adult coloring books" actually came out. I had a long trip down to Florida to get through, (and I hate it with a passion) and thought that I would print off some mandalas to take with me along with some colored pencils. Well, that lasted about 5 minutes and I hated that too. It certainly didn't relax me. I spent more time fussing over what color I should use... and I don't think that wasn't the purpose.

On the other hand, an hour of meditation at the moment is beyond me too so coloring for 5 minutes would definitely be easier, but I don't see how they are the same.
