Do Your Best To Get Back To Sleep but...

 It was about 4 in the morning and I couldn't sleep and I certainly tried!! Finally got up and went into the spare bedroom and looked for something to read. Luckily, there was lots to choose from and I picked up an old Harlequin novel that the library had put out in it's give away box, and sat for way to long reading about someone else's problems.

So, if you find yourself unable to sleep and you have tried meditating and that doesn't work either, at least have some reading material... any reading material that will occupy your thoughts. Luckily when I went back to bed, I did manage to fall back to sleep. Here's hoping for a much better nights sleep tonight!!!

Thinking Ahead... Buy one Christmas gift or stocking stuffer for next Christmas. You have no idea how much stress it will take off of you when next December rolls around. This year, I enjoyed the entire month instead of scrambling to get everything on my to-do list completed.
