My Fear of Dentists...

I'm definitely working on it and I wrote about it again in my SuperBetter Secret Journal. Actually, that note is getting quite long... but it does seem to be working. Tomorrow, hubby has to go to have a filling fixed and I told him when he makes the appointment,  to choose 9:30 or so appointment... the earlier the better. At least I don't have to wait around all day to head off. Not really sure if I'm helping or hurting my aim in getting over this phobia, but every little bit helps! At least I'm not thinking about it 24/7 and I had gotten to that point!!


Thinking Ahead... Buy one, birthday,  Christmas gift or stocking stuffer for next Christmas. You have no idea how much stress it will take off of you when next December rolls around. This year, I enjoyed the entire month instead of scrambling to get everything on my to-do list completed.
