Snapping Your Fingers 50 Times

 I remember this from the Ted Talks and I thought that it was kind of cute, but every time I write in my journal and then publish it, it tells me to do it again. It  began to get annoying so I just skipped it and clicked the "try again" button that takes you back to the Superbetter "work area". I would then just get on with my Power-Ups. It only took me 70 so days to realize that I could really use that snapping the fingers 50 times for one of my Power-Ups. It's called SLOW DOWN... which I hate to do.  I tend to go over and write in my journal a lot... and having to stop to click my fingers seemed a waste of time... little did I know, but now you do lol. Keep on clicking... the more the better!! It's making me slow.... down.....

Thinking Ahead... Buy one Christmas gift or  stress releasing stocking stuffer for next Christmas. You have no idea how much stress it will take off of you when next December rolls around.
