Another Mood Food

 It's always nice to have a nice list of mood foods to do just that... put you in a good frame of mind. For me it's toast and marmalade and it works perfectly those times when I feel my blood sugar begin to drop and my mood begins to plummet. Take some time today to make a list of foods that works for you!!
