Finding Time...

 If you are anything like me, you are constantly on the go. There is always something on your to-do list that needs taking care of. And the minute you cross off that last item, you probably add a couple more.  Can't stop you because I do it too! But today...

I want you to try to squeeze in a nap. It doesn't need to be long... just 30 minutes if that is all you have time for.  From what I have been reading... it's pretty much good for every part of your body, not to mention your brain!!
