Forest Bathing... What??

 Each morning I try to learn one new thing to help myself cope with my problem. I have gone through so may therapists and have come to the conclusion that I need to heal my own brain... seeing that it's my brain that is causing all of the problems! So, I do a lot of reading. Today, it was about "Forest Bathing." I had no idea other than the fact that going into a park or the woods or even just going for a walk outside seemed to improve my mood. This morning I found out why. Apparently plants emit chemicals that can relax you!!  I didn't know that!!  So maybe heading out, even on a day like today when the temps are... lets just say that it's nippy out there can be beneficial! I think that I just might chance it!! 

**Just got back. It was -30 with the wind chill but I was really careful. Tons of layers and hubby knew that I was out there. So I had back up just in case!! I was outside for 7 1/2 minutes and actually enjoyed it. Nose is still thawing out though!  I'm getting stronger!!!
