Starting A New Day

 I tend to head over to the "SuperBetter Community" several times a day to see what is going on over there and it's getting busy over there!!! So many people wanting to help!!   I just picked up two new Power Ups that I like which I just added... Morning Stretch and Palms up for 15 Seconds.   I think that we are up to 75 of the 100 that we can choose from. There are a lot of interesting choices to chose from. I don't know what Forest Bathing is lol... but I don't want to be the first to ask.

I added one of my own too... Posture. I constantly need to remind myself to stand up straight! Why on earth does slouching feel so good??
