I Wonder if It's My Slippers??

 I have been doing all of my walking in these old slippers. My daughter (the health nut) has been warning me about the slippers, but as usual, I ignored the advice. It might be a good idea to change them to my indoor runners the next time I go upstairs. Really hope that they make the difference. I just looked at the sole of my slippers and they are really ready for the trash. They have cracked big time... can't be offering very much support at all. Hmmm
