How Far Have You Come?

 Each day I write in my journal about how long I have been working on my anxiety and how I think that I'm doing. The reason is that I can go back and read early posts to get a feeling of how bad I was dealing with my problems. It is amazing to read an post from a few months ago.  Sometimes it doesn't even sound like me. I have now been working on my issues for 176 days and I'm seeing tiny changes taking place. As a matter of fact, the way I'm handling an issue right now is soooo different from how I handled it 3 months ago. I can actually see that I'm improving!!

Listening To The Birds Sing Meditation

While I was weeding this afternoon, I could hear all kinds of birds chirping their little hearts out. That made me think that just sitting ...
