You Are Going To Have Good Days and You Are Going To Have Bad Days

 It just goes with the territory. Yesterday I was in a horrible mood... today I am fine. You mood is going to have a lot to do with how you are feeling. Mine was attributed to lifting something heavy and I pulled something in my back that didn't want pulling apparently. The pain completely ruined my day. One good night's sleep and my frame of mind has completely changed.

Tip to myself... Don't over do... especially if you haven't warmed up first!! I will be considering every chore I do today.
