Try A Different Kind of Meditation Sometime Today

 The kind of meditation I choose, all depends on my mood. Today, because it's so gorgeous outside, I'm choosing a meditation style which will take me outside for a nature walk. Don't think about time... just walk and breath! That is pretty much all there is to it!
